 If you still luckily fall in category B you need not to panic but the problem need your IMMEDIATE attention I say IMMEDIATE!!!!!

Still pondering!!! Why I said so? Why I said if you luckily fall in category C even being very fat is obviously known to everyone not a very lucky category to fall in but you are very lucky why???
The reason behind is you are very lucky because you’ve got a learning attitude and you are trying to reduce your fat which means you are trying. The only proof to what I am saying is that you are here searching for some knowledge to reduce your fat; this behavior is of extreme significance.
You can drive a horse to a well but can’t make it drink water, same is the case here if you are not willing who can help you lose your weight and the answer is NO ONE. That’s why I am calling you lucky. Not only in weight loss but behind every success there lye two things in its core first is “desire” and the other is “faith” if you have a desire to lose weight change it into a BURNING DESIRE and add COMPLETE FAITH IN YOURSELF in your burning desire then what we get………………………………………………. HERE is you a completely changed personality slim, smart, and obviously a charming one.
This article is not some philosophical or psyche related but purely about fat loss tips. I am telling you about above two things because you can’t perform ANY I repeat ANY job successfully done without above mentioned two characteristics. Let me explain you how this works. You probably have tried one or more techniques to lose your weight, question yourself and answer very honestly why they didn’t work. There are two possible reasons only
A)   They were in effective techniques, giving no result.
B)   Gradually I lost my interest and stopped working on them.
In most of the cases situation is B where you gradually lose interest in the technique so why it happens? To address the core problem we will find out the answer of two questions:
a)    Why it happens?
b)    How to overcome this problem?
The answer to “a” is very simple, it happens because you feed your brain as follows: “I will start using this method and if it showed me some good signs I will carry on otherwise I will quit and use some other technique some other day” as a result your inner built sub-conscious replies you as follows : “you should try it and let’s see what happens” as our brain always try to stay away from hard work so some days later it suggests as follows: “I have tried it but doesn’t looks working is should stop doing all that hard work which is just a waste of my time and energy” and it’s what you call loss of interest. Now even you by you conscious effort of intellect (don’t mix brain and intellect) continue the technique it can not last long as you have lost your interest. The answer to “why” is hidden in the above paragraph to make it easy for you I will figure it out and the answer is: Before loss of interest (which appears to be the reason why you stopped working on technique) you lost your FAITH in the technique and BELIEF in yourself. This is HOW FAITH and BELIEF works. IF YOU HAVE THEM YOU HAVE EVERYTHING.
The answer to “b” is much simpler STICK to your plan VERY STRICTLY with all the thoughts of failure flushed out from your mind which is a flagship behavior of losers. Believe in yourself have faith in your technique and stick to it as long as it is forced to give result.

1)    CHOOSE REALISTIC GOAL……….Choosing realistic goals always make you mentally prepared and save you from stress of thinking that there is no progress in your fat loss. You cant lose 10 kg in a week but obviously you can lose 2 kg in a week. So here what  I am trying to tell you is that setting realistic goals not only help you keep track of your progress of your fat loss but also teach you the  lesson of consistence as you can see you desired  results. It also helps you stay happy and keep showing your good work.
2)    Set a time…….. Write on a piece of paper exactly in what time and to what extent you are going to lose weight… …write clearly how much?  In what time? How? This will help you a lot since we have a very busy life and we really don’t bother about what plans we have in our minds. So surely you should write you goal on a paper which will give your mind a clear set of instructions.
3)    Use  a calorie counting tool……cutting calories from your diet is the most important thing in loosing fat make sure you have a calorie counting tool to reduce your calorie intake.
4)    Exercise……cardio is an excellent exercise to help you lose your weight. High intensity interval training is another exceptionally great method to lose fat and its best part is that you don’t need much time it can be done in 20-30 minutes. If you don’t know this exercise google for it.
5)     Cut these foods from your diet:
Ø  Fruit Flavored Yogurts
Fruit flavored yogurts are a favorite among many dieters, but many fail to see them for what they are: pint-sized sugar bombs. Individual yogurt packs have gotten unhealthier and unhealthier, while their reputation as a go-to diet food has regrettably survived.

The last problem food to be wary of is the protein bar, despite its prevalence in many diet programs and meal plans. These may seem like a great option because they contain protein, but once again you have to look a little closer.
Check that sugar content. Most protein bars have upwards of 15 grams of sugar per bar. Some contain 30 and even 40 grams.
In actuality, these are glorified chocolate bars. While you can buy a few bars with very low sugar content (five grams or less per bar), these will require a little searching.
6)    Eat only at meals: Reduce all snacks and don’t eat anything after dinner.
